1. Purpose
These terms cover CADI (the “Service”): a class web app where instructors upload an answer model and student CAD models are compared and scored.

3. Accounts
You may sign up with email and password or link a Google account. Teacher accounts can be used after approval. Keep account details accurate.
4. The service
The Service includes classes and assignments, student invites, CAD file submit and bulk upload, automatic scores and 3D comparison, “what to fix” notes and scoring rationale, score release, forum, and notifications. Automatic scores are advisory. The score students see is the one the instructor reviews and releases.
5. Your duties
Do not use someone else’s account. Do not share assignment files without permission or plagiarize. Do not disrupt the Service.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in CAD files, assignment materials, and forum posts stay with the uploader or their institution. Software and the CADI brand stay with the operator.
7. Limitation
Automatic grading is a shape-comparison reference. Academic decisions rest with the instructor and institution. Liability for outages or data loss is limited as Korean law allows. A numeric cap will be added once {{사업자 정보}} is confirmed.
8. Governing law
Korean law applies. Venue will be listed after {{사업자 정보}} is confirmed.
